Deer hunting season in South Carolina starts on August 15th and continues until January 1st. Hawg Wild Ranch is located in the town of Estill in Hampton county which is designated as game zone 6 by the state of South Carolina. Since Hawg Wild Ranch is private land there are no limits for antlered bucks and the limit is one antler-less deer per day on either-sex days or with individual antler-less deer tags. The hunting season is as follows: Archery & gun hunts: Aug. 15-Jan. 1; Buck only, except on either-sex days or with individual antler-less deer tags. Either-Sex Days: Oct. 4, 11, 18; Nov. 15, 22, 29; Dec. 27; Jan. 1.
